overcooked and under loved
Broccoli: I know
broccoli isn't one of those, loved by all foods. My family happens to
love it, and we eat it a few times a week. I never get tired of it. I
steam it until it's still under done. As it sits, it'll continue
to cook in it's own heat. Maybe that's why some of you don't like
it--it's often cooked to mush. Try under cooking it and see how it
goes--you never know.
